PRE-JUDGMENT DEBTS

FIXED FEE SERVICE- We charge you a competitive fee of just £155 per debtor + VAT. We visit the debtor up to two times and we will keep you informed as to our progress at all stages.

NO WIN NO FEE SERVICE- We have an excellent track record on debt collections, however we cannot collect debts which are statute barred (over 6 years old).

FOR SMALL DEBTS OF LESS THAN £500- You may find our debt recovery letters service more cost effective at £29+VAT, please download the instruction form below and indicate in the special actions to be taken box that you want debt recovery letters only, we will dispatch a letter to your debtor within 24 working hours, our debt recovery letters are very effective, and typically get a much better response than instances where the customer sends the letter themselves.

POST JUDGMENT DEBTS

Our collection charges are exactly the same for post-judgment debts however you should be aware that there are stipulated court fees that must also be paid by you.

Don't worry all court issuance fees can legally be charged to the debtor ie added onto the debt. Our fees are recoverable as well if your terms and conditions specify that debt collection agency fees can be recovered from the debtor.

Judgment fees are also normally recoverable from the debtor.

There are also standard court fees for Enforcement officers and orders to attend questioning in court as well as attachment of earnings orders and 3rd party charging orders.
