CREDIT SERVICES ASSOCIATION
The Credit Services Association (CSA) was set up over 100 years ago to regulate the credit service industry. All CSA members adhere to a strict Code of Conduct, which has become the benchmark for best practice in the industry.
Membership of the CSA guarantees not only exacting and professional standards every time but all agencies accepted by the CSA (as full members) have rigorous trading stability checks. Doing business with a CSA member also gives you the right to redress, through an authorised and recognised procedure in the unlikely event that something should go wrong.

Staff testimonials

"Since joining Aurora in May 2006, I've been given all the help possible from management to improve myself, both in collection through to being promoted to a more senior collection position. It's a great company to work for and it gives me the opportunity to develop as a person."

"Everyone here works together and everyone strives to be the best in process serving. Aurora management also understands and embraces diversity and the requirements of each individual's circumstances across differing cultural and ethnic backgrounds."

"A new job at 46 sounded very difficult and I wondered whether it was the right choice. I have not been disappointed, I am learning all about the industry and I have learnt I have a natural talent for dealing with customers. I am now taking a City & Guilds course in debt recovery sponsored by Aurora. I feel that I really get something out of this job in return for my efforts, it is a very rewarding place to work"
